more than 100 group fitness
classes each we across our 3 locations, we also offer cardiovascular machines such as: Life
Fitness®
treadmills, Life Fitness® recumbent bikes, Life Fitness®
elliptical trainers and StairMasters®
Step Mills, Cybex® Arc Trainers, and
StairMaster® PT 4000 Stair Climbers, all of which provide excellent cardiovascular
benefits and burn high calories. |

main exercise floor we offer free weights and resistance machines such
as: Icarian®, Free Motion®, Body Masters®, and Hammer Strength®. |
