Class Descriptions

 
BARBELL PUMP: Muscular strength and conditioning using Bodybars®. Full body workout.
 
SPINNING®: Take a bike trip without having to leave the studio. Instructors lead you through flats, hills, corners and even the "Tour de France"!
 
YOGA: Increase flexibility and strength while reducing stress.
 
CARDIO PHYSIQUE (NEW!!!): Total body conditioning which simultaneously strengthens, stretches, and defines all muscle groups by aligning the body and eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. It's the hottest trend in New York!
 
KETTLEBELL: Intense total body workout using different levels of weighted bells putting you through a series of movements.
 
PLY-O-FIT: A heart pumping challenging class to work up a sweat with interval drills to increase strength and speed.
