Class Description

 

BARBELL PUMP - Muscular strength and conditioning using bodybars. Full body workout.
SPINNING - Take a bike trip without having to leave the studio. Instructor leads you through flats, hills, corners and even the "tour de France"!
YOGA - Increase flexibility and strength while reducing stress.
PILATES - A total body conditioning which simultaneously strengthens , stretches and defines all muscle groups by aligning the body and eliminating excess tension and strain on joints. Pilates promotes overall physical and mental well being.
CARDIO SCULPT - Muscular strength and conditioning using bodybar while keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone.
BOOT CAMP - A heart pumping challenging class to work up a sweat with interval drills increasing strength and speed.
YOGA/SCULPT/BALLET - Three classes in one! Start with yoga add a little weights and complete it with pirouette.
