Low Impact Aerobics



Don't let low impact fool you. This class gets the heart rate pumping. You will find this group activity  challenging to the cardiovascular system yet easy on the joints.  In no time you will find yourself moving the full length of our 2,600 square foot group fitness floor and enjoying every exhilarating minute.

Low impact aerobics involves use of the major muscle groups in a continuous rhythmic and choreographed routine designed to maintain contact with the group fitness floor i.e. low impact activity.



The design and sequence of movements in our low impact class involves the use of the arms and legs.  The arrangement of movements are developed to minimize the risk of high impact activity. So there are no excuses for not giving this class a try!
